I have logged a ticket and support have only suggested the basics and effectively say - Oh well you may have to re-install Windows (which I had to do on a previous occasion) The problem seems to only occur if I try to upgrade an existing client (using standard uninstall existing client and install new client process) New computers can install the connect client (downloaded from the Access server Appliance) fine. Windows clients with existing Connect client are working fine I have an OpenVPN access server appliance running latest builds.
